Description of operating method
AHDP method in HYDROBLAST installation – aero-hydrodynamic pressure method intended for treatment of internal surfaces of tubes. It is based on combination of operation of HPI (high-pressure installation) and use of AHD method. It provides cleaning following HPI method, but removes contaminants more efficiently due to presence of Rehbinder effect within cleaning zone. It works like HPI in case of insignificant fouling.

Soft AHD compounds exclude wear and deformation of tubes, allow for working with lower water pressure to preclude metal rupture or perforation during treatment. Following treatment with the use of AHDP method the composition of metal surface layer gets hardened, sticking of contaminants to the treated surface will be reduced significantly in the course of further operation.
